Discovering eHoldings' Evolution

A privately held Canadian entity, eHoldings Inc., was founded by Mike Cautillo.

It was created to satisfy its own niche; to grow its founder’s proprietary capital/assets by managing investments & position trading various market opportunities.

The eHoldings manuscript was written & distributed to a small network of investors. Our manifesto for that time, if you will. 

It was the genesis of sharing our founder’s vision, which included a focus on Bitcoin’s opportunity. 

We commence consulting accredited investors on a Bitcoin strategy, alternative investing solutions, and how to best position themselves in various markets. 

We create a bespoke private Bitcoin AIF domiciled in Luxembourg, exclusively built for the unique requirements of the discerning accredited investor.

Since 2016, we’ve provided private consulting services to accredited investors. Today, we extend that expertise to offer a bespoke, managed strategy—available exclusively to one permitted client at a time, such as a family office.

Mike Cautillo is the founder and sole director of eHoldings Inc. Mike has been investing in financial markets by ways of a unique position trading strategy with proprietary capital since 2004, exclusively since 2013.

Prior to eHoldings, Mike managed and owned a niche manufacturing business over a span of 21 years.

From 2014-2019, alongside Mike's proprietary investing, Mike engaged the public in a fiduciary role as a financial security advisor for Desjardins.

Mike thinks about portfolios systemically and views economic risks through a global macro lens. Fundamentals are complimented by an agnostic perspective provided by his experience in technical analysis of trends and allocation sizing.

Mike is an ardent advocate for distributed networks that empower sovereignty at various scales. Mike has been keen on Bitcoin for nearly a decade & continues to see immense promise in this monetary technology for years to come.

Away from markets, Mike spends most of his time enjoying his growing family. Mike is a passionate fan of sports, especially golf, philosophy, Italian culture, & a good dad joke.

Mike believes there’s wisdom to be pursued in every meaningful endeavor, which, when embodied, frees one’s spirit.
